Annual Survey

For FY 2015-16, total water demand in the BAWSCA service area from all sources was 175.6 million gallons per day (mgd). Average residential per capita water use was 55.9 gallons per capita per day.

Service Area

 

BAWSCA provides regional water supply planning, resource development, and conservation program services for 26 cities, water districts, and private utilities in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda County.

 

Our member agencies provide water service to over 1.7 million residents and 40,000 commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts.
